athletic where...?

Workout wear has really changed, and I like it. No more basic black leggings. When I got my first taste of lululemon in 2003, I was in heaven, because it had changed the face of workout wear for good. I wore those leggings to workout but I was wearing them on the street, on the plane, on the slopes. Water wicking, comfortable, and they looked like pants. 2003 was sporting bootleg still and no one can tell that I was wearing workout pants, only a handful of people knew about lululemon at that time.

There was a little problem called a lulu dot and they were on the oddest places, one time a total stranger begged his pardon while trying to take of the lululemon dot off my pants, good thing they were on my calves.

Look what they are designing now. Its very fashionable and I love it, when worn stylishly, please do wear it and not after working out, wear it shopping, running around newport beach, maybe dinner, maybe not!

Wear a funky pattern and some wedges, throw on a chunky statement sweater or sweatshirt with it. If you got a rockin body how about a "not too cropped" top, if your wearing a cropped top and leggings with wedges or heals, please don't show cleavage!!! (I'll write an article another time when, where and who should show cleavage, cause I think, with the appropriate outfit and time, who can show cleavage) Keep a nice blazer or cardigan in the car, to put a more run in and see your man for happy hour look.

There are some great brands out there and a style war is going on. Remember I said I would give you inexpensive to the ridiculous. For ridiculous, LUCAS HUGH and for the

less ridiculous, NIKE, LULULEMON," ADIDAS "(adidas is on fire).

As for the athletic shoes, no ones running.... from Givenchy to Nike, we are looking at athletic shoes in a whole different light. I like the new line of Nike's, you can customize your shoes. I personal cannot wear the high end sport shoes, they don't have the arch support for me, but I love the look and I'm so happy Nike has come up with arch support and high style sports shoes for me.

Look good and feel good in your workout wear! Wear it almost anywhere.
