What are your summer nightmares? Mine are, shorts with no tan, shapeless legs, bathing suits, and makeup melting in the sun.
I've been hunting online for the perfect maxi dress, that will take care of two out of four summer nightmares. I will be posting clothing that I love and buy. I will try to make the range of price from affordable to the ridiculous. Don't be a hater! When I first came out to California in 1992, I was shopping at JCPENNEYS, if you have style you can find a great look anywhere. My best friend, shops at forever 21 and she aint 21 and she aint poor. She has amazing style and understands fabric and construction. She was a model and made cloths for Bergdorf Goodman in the 80's.
I found one online store that has lots of maxi dresses at a great price, $65, I bought the most comfortable and stylish one and I couldn't stop wearing it all summer. Cynthia Bailey from HWOA had it too, it was so cute that it got stolen out of my luggage last summer. www.lulus.com

Favorite summer shoe, espadrille's. I got a pair from Valentino, very comfortable and very cool.
BE AWARE:
I thought I bought the perfect summer everyday all day sandal, I still think it is but the whole sole came up on every one of them, I bought three because comfortable and stylish all day sandals for a flat footed person is not easy. I bought BALENCIEGA, at full price. Not happy about it and that has never happened to any of my shoes. Going to take them to Neiman Marcus to have them send it out to be repaired. I hope it can be.
Best summer lip color for me right now.... brace yourself, CHERRY CHAPSTICK! Very sexy, not sticky like gloss, looks so natural. I'll wear that until I get tired of it or find a fabulous color I can't resist. My favorite lipgloss is NARS.
I'll post pictures of the shoes that I mentioned. It might not be right away, because I'm just learning how to do everything!!! I hope they have WIX CLASSES.
